These Licensing Terms explain the rights and restrictions that apply when you purchase, download, access, or use an EasiHo digital product.

Where product-specific licensing terms differ from these general Licensing Terms, the product-specific license may apply to that particular product.
Subject to these Licensing Terms and successful purchase of the applicable product, EasiHo grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product for permitted purposes.
This license allows the purchaser to use and customize the product within the scope permitted by these Licensing Terms.
The license does not transfer ownership of the original product or EasiHo’s intellectual property to the purchaser.
Unless a product-specific license states otherwise, you may:
Download the purchased product.
Install the product on a permitted website or project.
Use the product for your own website or business.
Customize and modify the product for your permitted use.
Adjust colors, typography, layouts, content, code, sections, and other elements where technically permitted.
Integrate the product into a permitted website or digital project.
Use the modified product as part of your own website or business project.
Customization of an EasiHo product does not give the purchaser ownership of EasiHo’s original underlying product, code, design system, templates, components, or other intellectual property.
Unless prohibited by a product-specific license, a purchaser may use an EasiHo product as part of a website or digital project being created for a client.
However, the purchaser must not provide, transfer, distribute, or sell the original EasiHo product files to the client as a standalone product.
For example, a developer may use a purchased theme or template to build a permitted client website, but may not give the client the original theme/template package for independent redistribution or resale unless EasiHo has expressly authorized such use.
You may not redistribute EasiHo products or product files.
This includes:
Uploading the product to file-sharing websites.
Publishing the product on download websites.
Sharing the original files publicly.
Sharing the product through private groups for unauthorized distribution.
Sending the product files to unauthorized third parties.
Making the product available through repositories or marketplaces without authorization.
Distributing copies through cloud storage or other file-sharing systems.
You may not resell an EasiHo digital product as a standalone product unless EasiHo has expressly granted written permission.
You may not:
Sell the original product on another marketplace.
Repackage the product and sell it as your own.
Sell modified copies where the primary value remains the EasiHo product.
Include the product in a competing downloadable product.
Offer unauthorized subscriptions or memberships providing access to EasiHo products.
You may not claim that an EasiHo product, or the original underlying work contained within it, was originally created by you.
You may customize a product for your permitted project, but you must not falsely represent EasiHo’s original work as your own creation.
This restriction applies even where you have substantially modified the product.
EasiHo generally allows customers to modify purchased products for their permitted use.
Modifications may include:
Design changes
Color changes
Typography changes
Layout changes
Content changes
Code changes
Feature adjustments
Branding changes
Integration with permitted website functionality
However, modifying a product does not remove the restrictions on redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of the underlying EasiHo product.
A purchased product is intended for use by the purchaser or within the permitted project scope associated with that purchase.
Customers must not share purchased product files with people who have not obtained the necessary rights to use the product.
Where a separate license permits multiple websites, users, projects, or installations, those permissions will be determined by the applicable product license.
Unless a product-specific license expressly permits otherwise, a single purchase does not automatically grant unlimited rights to install or use the product across unlimited independent websites, businesses, clients, or projects.
If you intend to use an EasiHo product across multiple independent websites or commercial projects, you should review the applicable product license or contact EasiHo for clarification.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, EasiHo products may not be used as the underlying asset for:
Theme marketplaces
Template marketplaces
SaaS website builders
Website-builder platforms
Template subscription services
Digital asset libraries
Download marketplaces
Redistribution platforms
Similar commercial distribution systems
If you want to use an EasiHo product in one of these models, you must obtain appropriate written permission or a separate commercial license from EasiHo.
Some EasiHo products may contain or interact with open-source software, third-party libraries, fonts, icons, frameworks, plugins, applications, APIs, or other third-party components.
Those components may be subject to their own licenses and terms.
Your use of third-party components must comply with their applicable licenses.
EasiHo’s license does not override or replace the license of a third-party component.
Certain EasiHo products may be designed for platforms such as:
Shopify
WordPress
Elementor
WooCommerce
Other website or software platforms
Your use of the product may also be subject to the applicable platform’s terms, policies, technical requirements, and licensing rules.
EasiHo does not grant rights to use third-party platforms beyond the rights provided by those platforms.
Unless otherwise stated, EasiHo retains all applicable intellectual property rights in its original digital products and related materials.

Design systems
Templates
Layouts
Components
Graphics
Documentation
Product structure
Branding
Product concepts

Purchasing a product grants a license to use it; it does not constitute a sale or transfer of EasiHo’s intellectual property.
Product previews, demonstrations, screenshots, videos, mockups, and promotional materials may contain example content, images, graphics, fonts, products, or third-party assets that are not necessarily included with the purchased product.
Customers should review the specific product description and included files to determine what is actually included.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any content they add to an EasiHo product is legally authorized for their use.
This includes:
Images
Videos
Logos
Fonts
Text
Product information
Trademarks
Customer data
Other third-party materials
EasiHo is not responsible for a customer’s unauthorized use of third-party content.
Customers should take reasonable steps to protect purchased product files from unauthorized access or distribution.
If you become aware that an EasiHo product has been distributed without authorization, you may report the issue to EasiHo.

A violation of these Licensing Terms may result in suspension or termination of the applicable license.
EasiHo may also take appropriate action where necessary to protect its intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution or use.

Unless expressly permitted by EasiHo in writing, the license granted to the original purchaser may not be:

Transferred
Assigned
Gifted
Sub-licensed

If a business changes ownership or a project is transferred to another party, additional licensing permission may be required depending on the circumstances.
Purchasing an EasiHo product does not automatically provide unlimited support, customization, maintenance, updates, or future development.
Support and updates are subject to the applicable product description, support terms, purchase terms, or EasiHo policies.
Support may be refused where a product has been obtained through an unauthorized source or where the customer has materially violated the applicable license.
EasiHo may release updates, improvements, fixes, modifications, or new versions of its products.
An update does not necessarily create a perpetual obligation for EasiHo to provide future updates.
EasiHo may discontinue or replace products where reasonably necessary.
Refunds for EasiHo digital products are governed by the EasiHo Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Because digital products may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds may be restricted after download or access, subject to the applicable exceptions described in that policy.
Receiving a refund, where approved, may also result in termination of the associated license and require the customer to stop using and delete the refunded product where applicable.
Where EasiHo uses its own licensed products, components, frameworks, code, or other pre-existing materials while providing professional services, those materials remain subject to their applicable licensing terms unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Payment for a professional service does not automatically transfer ownership of EasiHo’s pre-existing intellectual property.
EasiHo aims to create reliable and useful digital products but does not guarantee compatibility with every possible:

Hosting environment
Plugin
Application
Platform version
Third-party service
Custom configuration
Compatibility may change when third-party platforms or technologies are updated.
EasiHo reserves the right to take reasonable steps to protect its intellectual property and enforce these Licensing Terms.
Where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, EasiHo may request removal of unauthorized copies or distribution and may pursue other available remedies.
EasiHo may update these Licensing Terms from time to time to reflect changes in its products, licensing models, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The license applicable to a purchase will generally be determined by the terms applicable at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated.
